Buenaventura, the Gourmet Restaurant for Marbellas’s finest visitors.
Since 1.999 Buenaventura belongs to a family business group with 80 year of age. Nowadays we have eight restaurants open, two hotels and 2 more planned…We employ over 150 people.
Open Daily for Lunch and Dinner, from 13:00 till Late.

Restaurant
Located at Plaza de la Iglesia de la Encarnación, nº5 in the coastal town of Marbella, one of the most beautiful and well preserved villages on the Costa del Sol. Buenaventura Restaurant gave new life to a 18th century townhouse with a beautiful garden at the charming Marbella Old Town, close to 10th Century Arab Castle Towers.
Indoor Lounge is exquisitely decorated, with a pleasant and cosy atmosphere in three warm hues along with the original Cane and Indigo coloured beams. Ask for a table close to the Fire for Winter meals!
Outside Patio-Courtyard-Garden. Marbella climate allows Dinning al fresco most of the year, so our amazing courtyard is the most requested and highly frequented area. Flowers surround it… Jasmine, Bougainvillaea and the pleasant smell from the Night Dame, with the lulling sound of the fountain… a festival for the senses, underneath the starry sky.

Respect for the product is the fundamental principle of our kitchen. At Buenaventura we prepare our dishes with the best market raw material.
The fruits of the Ecological Farming and Livestock, the Donana National Park Marshes Rice, the Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Algae, Andalusian Kitchen, Mediterranean Fish, Galicia and Huelva daily Shellfish, the Bluefin Tuna from Strait of Gibraltar, Jabugo Ham, excellent Retinto meats or Iberian Pork, are the sources of the flavor of our dishes.
Cellar
Great Champagnes selection and wide Wine List with more than 300 references of the best Spanish Wines, as we have special preference for wineries that look for the highest quality. We are committed Andalusian wines and also offer a selection of the best Jerez-Sherry wines.
At our Wine Menu you will find wines from most of Appellations Contrôlée in Spain, such as Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Rueda, Rias Baixas, etc. The List also includes Wines from the best areas arround the World: Porto, Bourgogne, Val de Loire, Languedoc-Roussillon, Alsace, St. Emilion, Champagne, Sauternes, Argentina, South Africa, Napa Valley, …
